The Blair County Chamber of Commerce’s BASICS Committee has forged a solid partnership between the businesses and education communities throughout the years and of BASICS greatest successes is the Blair County Career Shadowing Week!!! This specially arranged experience introduces students to the workplace and to career opportunities available in Blair County. The program enables students to: Visit Particular Worksites – Link with Designated Employees – Obtain Information Related to the Students’ Career Interests.
