Leadership Blair County

Leadership Blair County programs work to put the talents of valued employees and the energy of area youth to work on behalf of the community.

The Leadership Blair County Adult program provides opportunities for contacts with influential community leaders. The program allows participants for build friendships and working relationships with members of the community, while strengthening leadership and problem-solving skills. The program aims to raise awareness of community issues and challenges.

The Leadership Blair County Youth program is made up of area 10th-grade students and last for eight months. The program aims at teaching students, not only why things are the way they are, but how they can make a difference. The program allows the students to learn how to lead while learning about themselves.
